We offer classes that focus on first responder scenarios and vocabulary to help you most quickly reach the right level of Spanish to help you serve others. We focus on the Who? What? Where? When? and Why?. We offer courses and quick reference guides for police and safety personnel. For medical staff, we can come to your hospital, medical facility, or office to provide small group classes. Are you a med school student looking to improve your language skills? We will meet with you and your classmates at a location and time, day or night, that best suits your needs.

    Why Our Medical/Police Professionals Classes?

    • We understand it takes years to master a second language, so we focus on teaching you the basics at a quick pace by asking ‘yes’ and ‘no’ questions. This will help you gain respect with Spanish-speakers, but won’t overwhelm you to a point where you’re not able to understand responses.

    • We offer real-life scenarios to help you get over that first hurdle of speaking short phrases in Spanish. Our classes are focused on practical situation that you encounter on a daily basis in your line of work.

    • We can tailor classes to meet your objectives and schedule. We understand that police and medical professionals have erratic schedules, and we will work around your busy schedule. We will also provide classes at your location to save you time.

    • Because our classes are focused on triage and gaining the respect of the person you are serving, you are not going to immediately learn advanced concepts in Spanish, and we get that. So we’ve developed tools and pocket guides to help you on your day-to-day job. They’re a hit with our students!

    • 2nd Part of the Course:
      PRACTICE! Provide in-class real-life situations to put each agent ‘in the moment.’


    • 3rd Part of the Course:
      Teach students how to use readily available aids and references to assist when they encounter a new situation

    • When: You pick the days, frequency, and times that work for your group


    • Duration: As needed, but we recommend a minimum of 20 hours to tackle the basics


    • Who should attend?: The smaller the group, the more opportunity you’ll each have to practice. We work with groups from 2 – 20 participants


    • Material: If your group doesn’t have a working knowledge of Spanish, then we recommend following our standard curriculum. The workbooks are $50 each. If your group already has the basics covered, we can customize the material to meet your specific needs for law enforcement or medical situations.


    • Cost: The price for custom classes varies depending on number of participants and duration of the class, but you’ll never pay more than $20 per person per hour for a group of minimum 3 participants. Lager groups are more economical.
